With the 12.3-inch fully digital and free-standing driver display, you decide what information is important to you while driving. Only the speed display as a number and information on the assistance systems are fixed. You can select further contents and display styles from a total of 5 menus.
Digital extras
Right from the start, your Mercedes-Benz has more to offer than you might realise. Depending on your vehicle model, on the special equipment you have chosen and on the year of manufacture and country, lots of digital extras for topics such as remote, navigation, charging, GUARD 360° vehicle protection and entertainment are included for a term of 36 months from the date of purchase of the new vehicle[4]. Digital Extra: MBUX Augmented Reality for Navigation
With MBUX Augmented Reality Navigation[1], you can find your way around even in complex traffic situations. On the central display, the technology merges graphic navigation instructions and traffic information into live images. This way you can reach your destination quickly, safely and without stress.[3]
Smartphone Integration
Wireless charging: simply place your compatible device in the centre console and charging begins immediately. Smartphone Integration[1] moves the functionality of your device onto the media display. The user interface then enables you to control numerous functions the same way you always do.
Parking Package with 360° camera
Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC and 360° camera detects free parking spaces and marked parking spaces as you drive past. After selecting a parking space, you can park with confidence thanks to dynamic visualisation and acoustic feedback - or have it assisted.[1][5]
Active Lane Keeping Assist
The Active Lane Keeping Assist[1]is an attentive observer: if you unintentionally leave your lane or get dangerously close to other road users, the system can bring you back into your lane with the help of a steering intervention. However, if you still leave the lane, an additional warning will follow in the form of a steering wheel vibration.[5]
Active Brake Assist
This assistant can help to avoid collisions with vehicles driving in front or stationary vehicles, with oncoming traffic when making a turn and with moving pedestrians as well as cyclists. Along with distance and collision warnings, the system primarily offers situation-appropriate braking assistance, including performing an emergency stop if necessary.[5]
Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
This assistance system controls speed and distance, amongst other things. It also adjusts the vehicle speed to the speed limit and route in an anticipatory manner and takes over the strain of driving in a traffic jam. The intelligent functions can relieve you of strain and have a positive effect on the electric range.[1][5]
Driving Assistance Package Plus
Enjoy the benefits of partially automated driving. Systems such as Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC or Active Blind Spot Assist can support you in the right situation, warn you if there is a risk of collision and intervene if necessary. The intelligently networked sensor system uses cameras, radar and ultrasound to register your vehicle's surroundings.[1][5]
AIR BALANCE Package
The AIR-BALANCE Package individually scents the interior – matching your personal preference and depending on your mood. Thanks to refreshing ionisation and purifying filtration of the outside and inside air, it contributes to improved air quality on board and an increased sense of well-being.
KEYLESS-GO
KEYLESS-GO puts an end to irritating searches for the vehicle key. Your key will be recognised when you have it on your person while close to or inside your vehicle: all doors can then be opened and locked simply by touching the door handle.
THERMATIC automatic climate control
Individual climate comfort in the front seats is offered by the THERMATIC automatic climate control system with 2 climate zones: The driver and front passenger can set the temperature separately for their side. They are kept at a constant level thanks to automatic climate control and a highly responsive sensor system – completely without any need for manual adjustment.
Memory package
With the Memory package you can store and conveniently select up to 3 different seat positions. In addition, the positions of the steering wheel, exterior mirrors and the optional head-up display[1] are stored. If you have created a user profile, you must activate this on the central display in order to call up your personal settings.
ENERGIZING Package Plus
Seat climate control, the Heat Comfort Package and multicontour seats with massage function: this package combines attractive premium equipment with the ENERGIZING comfort control. Your vehicle can keep you vitalised and pampered in order to ensure prolonged alertness at the wheel and a thoroughly enjoyable ride.[1]

Individual comfort perfectly tailored to you: for the first time, following input from the driver, the CLE Coupé saves your driver-specific behaviour pattern based on your entertainment and comfort preferences. From the temperature to the seat massage function, everything can be optimised and automatically adjusted to personally suit you.
GUARD 360° vehicle protection
GUARD 360° Vehicle Protection[1]provides all-round monitoring of the vehicle's surroundings - for example, with the extended anti-theft alarm system and tow-away protection. Movements in the interior trigger visual and audio warnings. The collision detection function of Mercedes-Benz informs you via the app.[2]
Centre airbag
The centre airbag can protect the driver and front passenger from colliding in the event of a side collision. The centre airbag is integrated in the backrest of the driver's seat and is deployed in the event of an appropriate accident being detected.
PRE-SAFE® Impulse Side

DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustable damping
With the DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustable damping[1], you can choose between 3 set-ups ranging from maximum agility to high damping comfort. The suspension lowered by 15 mm gives you all you need to adopt a particularly dynamic driving style.
DYNAMIC SELECT
DYNAMIC SELECT changes the driving characteristics at the tap of a finger. Use different drive programs and vary the characteristics of the engine, suspension and steering, for example. Whether dynamically in Sport mode, highly relaxed in Comfort mode or really economically in ECO mode – you determine how you currently want to drive.
Brake system with larger brake discs on the front axle
Particularly stable brakes for all driving situations: The brake system with enlarged and perforated brake discs on the front axle[1] always packs a powerful punch, even after several heavy braking manoeuvres.
